Band ini ditubuhkan pada pertengahan tahun 2002 di Taman Seri Gombak, Batu Caves. Dimana line-up pada masa itu ialah Sopie (vocal/guitar), Matt (bassist) dan Acap (drummer). Setelah 2 bulan jamming, Matt telah menarik diri kerana sedikit salah faham antara mereka. Kemudian, Fariz masuk bagi mengisi kekosongan dibahagian bassist. Selang beberapa minggu, Zafily pula masuk sebagai lead guitar dan vocal. "
